This just came out of the attic after a hundred years of storage, together with a couple of hundred other guns. This is a fine half stocked Pennsylvania style Plain's rifle in about . 59 Caliber. It is fitted with a "set trigger" and the trade lock is marked G. GOULCHER who worked in Darlaston in Staffordshire from 1830 until 1872, with his son taking over in 1864. The wood stock is walnut with brass mounts of
