In X 7. 5 power, these were used to help view and plot artillery attacks from behind cover, to avoid exposing the commander to danger. The optic came to us from the American Armoured Foundation, Inc. Tank and Ordnance Memorial Museum. The AAF Tank Museum was a living memorial dedicated to the Tank and Cavalry soldiers
