The stock is full length and complete and shows the typical Dutch features of a slender wrist and deeply relieved comb

It is possible that the original stock was burned or broken

This is an extremely rare Type 90 Civil defense helmet, complete with a large Civil Defense badge emblem on the front. There looks to be a large Kanji, or possibly several, over a laurel wreath with a "Cherry Blossom" in the middle. The Japanese WWII Civil Defense helmet was the final of four variations of the Type 90 Army helmet and was designed specifically for mainland civil defense. Overall condition is very good
