Olla Rouge 2024 Het Boerenerf Spontaneously fermented beer made ofOlla refers to the territory in which Tom harvested his grapes for this cuve, from old Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir and Macabeu vines. They were fermented in whole bunches for 2 weeks in concrete vats, followed by aging for 8 months. A Red structured, with notes of strawberry, a slightly earthy side and a nice acidity. A vintage that worthily represents the Catalan terroir.
